Many facilities struggled to manage their services. Often finding it difficult to track what they had, managing schedules, and how much they were paying, all while trying to manage their normal day-to-day responsibilities. Thus, taking time away from their company goals to track their services. In 1998, Susan V Daywitt put an end to the chaos by founding SLM Facility Solutions Nationwide.
Not only were schedules maintained and monitored, but also emergencies were resolved quickly and efficiently. One call to SLM streamlined their process. Finally, giving them their time back and the peace of mind they deserved.
SLM Facility Solutions offers over 30 services. Some services include Backflow, HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Grease Trap, Waste & Recycling, and Sustainability. Multi-Facility clients were able to call one number to receive the answers to their facility management needs.

SLM’s Account Manager team is driven to proactively provide solutions to our customer’s problems and ensure a high level of customer service on a day-to-day basis by being available 24/7/365.

Long days at the office can be ‘ruff.’ However, Axel understands the importance of teamwork and giving our clients the best customer experience possible. He spends his days zooming around the office motivating the team with his playful attitude and quirky mannerisms.
Millie joined the team and brings a little extra happiness and energy to our office. She runs around ensuring everyone is taking their breaks and occasionally will walk with them outside because she knows fresh air is essential.
