In an emergency situation we jump. We immediately attack the issue to complete the job with accuracy, and record everything done by each party for all repairs/replacement or emergencies. Once notified, we pounce utilizing phones, texts, and tracking through our ARCA technology to reach supplier dispatch offices or owners. We deal directly with the supplier, organize all known facts, determine timelines and completion of the task. We never stop unless the job is completed. It is what our clients expect from us.

We continually forge relationships with vendors or Strategic Partners who guarantee quality work. Before any Strategic Partner is sent out on a job, SLM mandates each supplier be fully certified by the state, and licensed & insured in the state it operates in. Each of our commercial suppliers have the electrical skillsets required for the job; they are vetted, and references are always checked. While some of the jobs can be small, many are complex and on a bigger scale. Some of our vendor partners work on smaller jobs with single-phase low power, between 140 to 240 volts, our other suppliers work on jobs utilizing three-phase high power with 140 to 480 volts. Depending upon the job determines the type of electrical Strategic Partner we choose for the job.
